How do employees log in? Do they need email addresses?

Employees can log in using email addresses or mobile phone numbers, depending on your configuration. This is especially useful for hourly workers who may not have company email accounts. Your admin configures login options during platform setup.

Does LEAD work on mobile phones?

Yes. LEAD is fully mobile-compatible and designed to be used on smartphones and tablets. The learner experience is optimized for smaller screens — which is essential for car wash employees who may not have regular access to a desktop computer.

How long are the courses?

Every LEAD course is designed to be completed in 20-30 minutes. This is intentional — training that fits between tasks is training that actually gets completed. Micro-learning modules are even shorter and designed for quick skill refreshes or safety reminders.

Can team members see their own progress?

Yes. Learners have visibility into what they’ve completed, what’s in progress and what’s next. Digital certificates and badges provide tangible proof of accomplishment and are visible to both the employee and their manager.

Is the content available in Spanish?

Yes and more. LEAD’s Safety courses are available fully in Spanish. LEAD's AI translation tool supports multilingual content generation for custom courses, making training accessible for diverse workforces.

Can employees just click through courses without learning?

No. LEAD courses include built-in completion controls that prevent skipping ahead. Learners must engage with each section — including interactive knowledge checks, hotspots and video content — before progressing. For hands-on roles, Skill Checks add a practical layer where a manager verifies the employee can perform the task on-site. The course isn't "complete" until the learning is demonstrated.
